Purchasing Policy

To conclude a purchase contract with MATCHBOOTS it is necessary to follow the steps set in our webshop, whereby you must read and accept the present Purchasing Policy. 

Afterwards you should receive, through the selected e-mail, the confirmation of your order. 

 

1. Payment

The available payment methods are: MBway, Multibanco (through the indication by MATCHBOOTS of the reference),  Credit Card or PayPal.

 

1. Order shipment

All product orders are subject to availability, so, if there is difficulty in supplying the product(s) you wish to obtain, namely because it is out of stock, MATCHBOOTS will refund the amount(s) spent for this purpose.

The shipment is made via CTT Express or DHL within a maximum period of 30 days, depending on the destination. For details, please consult our shipping policy.
