Exchange and Returns key guidelines
If you are not satisfied with your Matchboots purchase, you may exchange or return your items, once they are delivered. Your product must be unworn (i.e. in new condition, without signs of use and in its original packaging) and have all components present and tags attached, to be eligible for exchange or refund.
To return your items, for exchange or refund, please follow these steps:

Repackage your products;

Email us your intent to return or exchange your purchase at contact@matchboots.com. In case of exchange, you should always mention your order number, the product you wish to return and the model and size of the desired product;

We´ll Email you back with a return label;

Print out this label and affix to your package with purchase;

Drop off at your nearest post office or courier.
Please note that:
The exchange or return request must be made within a maximum of 15 days after receiving the order, for the exchange or a full refund.
Returns shipped after the first 15 days, will be eligible for a store credit voucher (store credit vouchers never expire).
After 30 days, all sales are FINAL, and returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
The return/exchange should be made to the address, that is printed in your return label.
Please provide us afterwards, at contact@matchboots.com, with the tracking number for your return. Failure to do so, may delay the processing to your return/credit
Return shipping costs
Our customer will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Refunds
After receiving the product and verifying its good condition, in case of return, the amount will be refunded in the form of a credit to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days to process it, once the returned product is received by our warehouse.
We will confirm you by mail, we have received your returned product, that it is eligible for return and when the amount payment will be processed.
Exchanges
In case of exchange, MATCHBOOTS will verify if it has the product in stock and, thus, confirm if the exchange is admissible.
Damages liability
MB Matchboots, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping and transit of customer returned products, to our warehouse.
