Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship our products world wide.
Please note, that for all international orders outside EU (European Union), your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the costumer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office, before placing an order in our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Order processing time
All orders from Monday to Friday are processed within 2 business days.
All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday, will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Courier options and service types
We use the following shipping companies to dispatch your orders:
Portugal and Spain orders are shipped with CTT, CTT Express and DHL Express;
EU countries and UK and Ireland orders are shipped with Delnext and DHL Express;
All remaining international countries are shipped with DHL Express and Delnext.
We offer Standard shipping and Express shipping, for most of our international orders. Please refer to the table below, concerning shipment method, estimated transit time and shipping rates

Shipment to P.O. boxes
WE don´t ship our goods, to P.O. boxes.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation, which will include the tracking number, so you can follow its progress.
If your order has not arrived after 7 days of being marked as delivered, please reach out to us at contact@matchboots.com and we will do our best to take care of you.
Customs duties and taxes
MB Matchboots Lda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, like tariffs or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
If you live outside EU (European Union), we recommend that you check with your local customs office, before placing an order in our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Damages
MB Matchboots, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping and transit of our goods. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at contact@matchboots.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods, before filling a claim.
